Cancellation policy - two weeks prior to arrival:
Full refund less a $50 processing fee.
Inside of two (2) weeks, deposit is forfeited.
For holidays and special events:
Inside of thirty (30) days-deposit is forfeited.
Minimum stays may be required.
Simonton Court is an ADULTS ONLY Key West accommodation.

The
official hurricane season begins June first and ends November
thirtieth, with the statistical peak landing in the first
half of September. In the unlikely event that a hurricane
evacuation is ordered while you are or scheduled to be a
guest at our Key West Bed and Breakfast and you have not
purchased travel insurance, you will be issued a voucher
for your deposit. This voucher will be good for good for
two years from issue date and may be used as a deposit towards
your next visit to SImonton Court Historic Inn and Cottages
within the ensuing two years.
No voucher will be issued if the hurricane is not a threat to Key West and you are unable to travel because of canceled flights or adverse travel conditions outside the Keys. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance, which if purchased in advance will cover accommodation losses and travel expenses due to weather including hurricanes. Please note that we do not sell Travel Insurance, but provide a link on this website to AIG Travel Guard, one of the most reputable and comprehensive providers in the travel industry. |
